Graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law with a major in Intellectual Property, Lawyer Lu is familiar with civil and commercial laws such as the Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, Company Law, Marriage Law and Inheritance Law, and mainly engaged in contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, real estate disputes, marriage and family inheritance disputes, creditor's rights and debts disputes and other fields.

Work Experience:

After graduating in June 2014, he joined Shanghai Shantian Daxu Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. to engage in the intellectual property related business, and handled company trademark issues for dozens of corporates including Bosideng;

In 2016, he joined Shanghai Conshine Law Firm, mainly dealing with intellectual property disputes, contract disputes and related legal affairs in the corporate field;

In June 2017, he handled the copyright infringement case of the photographers' photographs of Shanghai Rayshen Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and sued nearly 30 infringing companies. Among them, the compensation was successfully awarded in 15 cases through judgment and settlement, safeguarding the rights and interests of clients;

From 2016 to 2017, he represented Shanghai Spray Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xunmei Automobile Maintenance Service Co., Ltd. in trademark infringement cases against infringers, and the compensation was successfully awarded in all cases.

In October 2017 and May 2018, he represented the defendants Hangzhou JoinClub Corporate Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xuanyuan Office Furniture Co., Ltd. in the utility model patent infringement cases, and achieved satisfactory results.
